In case your car isn’t performing as expected please send us an email info@kidzauto.co.nz with a brief description of the problem and a contact number. We will get in contact with you to help diagnose the problem over the phone, and if we still can’t get you up and running, we will send out spare parts or a replacement car to make sure your young one isn’t off the road for too long.
